A BIT OF HISTORY<\/h2><\/div>[vc_column_text size=”0″]The house was a home until the late 1940s, when it was converted into a bed and breakfast \/ guest house. It is now a Quality-in-Cornwall assessed guest house offering bed and breakfast in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Pendennis was built around 1860 and is an end-of-terrace 11-bedroomed Victorian house. It was built and occupied by the architect who designed and built many houses in the Penzance area. It is larger than other guest houses and bed and breakfasts in the terrace, and has a lovely warm feel and has been lovingly restored to a high standard.<\/p>\n

To the front is a patio area with seating, this area is planted with flower pots containing a mixture of tropical, annual and perennial plants. The Pendennis has previously been awarded first place in the Penzance Beautiful Britain in Bloom contest for the guest house and hotel category.<\/p>\n

The bed and breakfast comprises of seven en-suite bedrooms, all rooms have smart TV, free super fast WIFI, mini fridge and hot drink making facilities. Towels and linen are provided as well as shampoo and shower gel. There is a hairdryer in every room and we are able to provide iron and ironing board on request.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

CHECK IN TIMES \/ BOOKING<\/h2><\/div>[vc_column_text size=”0″]In order to offer our guests the most flexibility possible, we use a self check in system. This means that you are free to check in anytime after 2pm on the day of arrival. We do ask that you respect our other guests if arriving late.<\/p>\n

If you prefer a more personal check in service we are happy to arrange a time to meet you at the door and help with bags, stairs etc.<\/p>\n

In order to ensure our rooms are always cleaned and maintained to the highest standard we are unable to offer check-in earlier than 2pm.<\/p>\n

If you opt to use the self check in service, we ask that the remaining balance be paid the next morning at breakfast time. If you choose an in person check-in, we can take payment when you arrive.<\/p>\n
